Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence

Standard Due Diligence
Our standard due diligence service is designed as a first step, to give you certain basic assurances about a target, or to give you cause to investigate further. This is primarily desk based due diligence for a flat fee of £500 + VAT per target enquiry. Fees for multiple target enquiries can be negotiated.
Enhanced Due Diligence
Our enhanced due diligence service goes into more detail up to a full lifestyle / business mode survey. Prices depend largely on the level of target detail required, and the jurisdictions concerned. Sometimes, results can be fairly dramatic and quick, such as finding a target on a webcam within 15 minutes of instruction, with only a purported name and mobile number to go on, or reclassifying a "business opportunity" as a major attempted project finance fraud where the key piece of information which led to the discovery cost the equivalent of £15. At other times due diligence can take time and be frustrating. As well as uncovering attempted financial crime, our checks have led to clients continuing business with clients they would otherwise have turned away. We can also collect or update the documentation you may need on your target, which may of course be considerably less than the above fees.
